If your application to become an approved First Lap provider is successful you will receive an email notification including a link to your Business Profile.
Access your Business Profile and follow the steps below chronologically to start redeeming vouchers.
Download the Service NSW for Business app
Download the Service NSW for Business app from the App Store or Google Play on at least one mobile device per activity location so you can scan vouchers.
Manage your locations and devices
Click “Get started” on the ‘Manage locations and devices’ page to view detailed step-by-step instructions.
Click “Connect or manage devices” on an activity location to view the unique code you will need to link a mobile device to that location through the Service NSW for Business app.
Let your customers know you accept vouchers
Once you’ve connected a device to your location, your swim location will appear in the Business and voucher finder.
Download the First Lap provider marketing toolkit including a flyer, social media images and suggested wording.
Start scanning vouchers
Your staff can now start accepting vouchers from customers by either scanning the voucher QR code or manually entering the voucher code into the Service NSW for Business app.
If you experience difficulties scanning the QR code, try entering the voucher code manually.
View transactions and share with a group
To reconcile your accounts, you’ll need to view or share a list of voucher transactions with each of your businesses. You can view transaction reports by clicking “View transactions” on the First Lap business program card. You can add nominated contacts to receive automated transaction reports via email.
