6:30am - 5:00pm (last entry at 4:00pm) on non-event days.
The Sydney International Regatta Centre is open for recreation from 6:30am - 5:00pm (last entry at 4:00pm) on non-event days.
From Sunday, 5 October 2025, when daylight savings commences, the opening hours will change to 6:30am - 7:30pm (last entry at 6:30pm) on non-event days.
Our opening hours are subject to change. Call Venue Management on (02) 4730 0000 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), Visitor Services on 0409 535 760 (weekends) or Security on 0420 985 603 (after hours and public holidays) for the most up to date information.

Event days
The Sydney International Regatta Centre is an event venue that opens to public recreation on non-event days. During events, sections of, or the entire venue may not available for public recreation for the safety of all patrons. We recommend checking this page before you visit to avoid disappointment at the gate.
Parking
On non-event days, all public parking is free in the P3 carpark. Once you enter Gate A, turn right at the entry screen and park in marked bays to then access the walking and cycle paths.
Access to parking on the Island is restricted to events, training and restaurant bookings only, and a pre-issued access code is required to pass through the boom gates.
At no time are vehicles permitted to be driven on the paths, or grassed areas.
During some events a parking fee is payable at the gate on arrival via Eftpos.
On-water training
No access to the water is permitted without a confirmed prior booking, and all bookings require 72 hours notice.
Bookings for on water training are subject to availability. To book, call (02) 4730 0000 during business hours or e-mail regatta@sport.nsw.gov.au.
