Bookings are essential for Whitewater Rafting, Recreational Paddling and Slalom Training and can be made online. Penrith Whitewater Stadium accepts credit cards and EFTPOS transactions. Full payment is required to make a booking. For other activities please contact us by phone or email.

If you cancel:
- More than 48 hours prior to your trip, a credit is offered for you to use on a trip at another time.
- Less than 48 hours no payment will be refunded.
Cancellation by Penrith Whitewater:
Penrith Whitewater Stadium reserves the right to cancel or alter any trip dates and/or trip times. In these cases, you will be informed as soon as possible and every effort will be made to reschedule your activity at the earliest possible time convenient to you or we will offer a 100% refund if cancellation occurs within 48 hours.
Risk
Prior to the activity you will be required to read and sign an Acceptance of Risk Agreement acknowledging that whitewater activities have inherent risks and dangers beyond those normally encountered in everyday life.

Please note:
- Minimum age for guided rafting: 12 years.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you will require a parent or guardian to sign the Acceptance of Risk Agreement on your behalf.
- Rafting trips are sold exclusively by Penrith Whitewater Stadium and cannot be offered for sale or resale, or resold without prior written consent of Penrith Whitewater Stadium
- Unless otherwise booked, rafts and/or trips may not be exclusive. While every effort is made to keep groups together, this is not always possible.
