Diversity & Inclusion
The Office of Sport is committed to creating an inclusive workplace that respects and values diverse backgrounds, ideas, perspectives, opinions, and contributions.
We know that to be engaged, you must feel included and valued.
Inclusion is at the heart of how we work—it helps us to connect with, and to deliver for, all the people and communities across NSW. This means reflecting and embracing the range of differences that exist within our organisation and in all the communities with which we work with.
We encourage and support applications from women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability (as defined in Disability Discrimination Act 1992) LGBTIQA+ individuals, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. We welcome conversations about any adjustments you may need to participate equitably and bring your best self to the recruitment process.
