Located in a naturally beautiful setting, the venue is suitable for a variety of events from large-scale events to smaller intimate functions.
Our in-house caterer at the Lakeside Restaurant offers a range of delicious catering options that can be served in the rooms, outdoors or at our licensed restaurant overlooking the lake.

Weddings
The Sydney International Regatta Centre is also an ideal wedding venue with picturesque scenery and a range of customisable options available.
Ceremonies
Gold Ceremony (80 guests or less)
$902.50 includes large grass space or pontoon hire, 20 chairs, parking spaces for all guest, and filming and photography permit.
Silver Ceremony (50 guests or less)
$501 includes small grass space, 10 chairs, parking spaces for all guest, and filming and photography permit.
Conditions
- Ceremonies must not exceed 3 hours.
- These packages do not include exclusive hire of the venue.
- The venue is open to the public on non-event days, and as such there may be training activity, running, cycling, rowing, paddling etc. or event set ups occurring.
Receptions
With floor to ceiling glass windows and sweeping views of Penrith Lakes and the lower Blue Mountains, the awarded Lakeside Restaurant at the Sydney International Regatta Centre is a stunning destination to host your wedding.

Photography
If you'd like to use the venue only for your wedding photos, you can buy a film/photography permit for $225.
Parties and gatherings
BBQ areas
The Sydney International Regatta Centre offers recreational and BBQ facilities overlooking the main lake.
Two undercover BBQ areas, seating up to 40 people, are open to the public when there are no events being held at the centre. These areas are free to use on a first come, first served basis, but can also be reserved for exclusive use (fees apply).
Grassed areas
We also offer large and small grassed areas for exclusive hire and outdoor functions for up to 400 people. With venue permission and Public Liability Insurance, external structures and equipment such as jumping castles, rides and games can be hired and delivered to site. Bookings are essential.

Conditions
- Large groups of 20+ must contact the venue before visiting.
- No structures are to be erected, nor decorations stuck to property without venue management permission.
- No balloons permitted.
- No smoking permitted.
- No glass permitted.
- Rubbish should be disposed of in the bins provided.
- You are welcome to bring your own own portable gas BBQ to the site (Note: Gas only. Heat beads, smokers etc. are not permitted). These can be used on the Southern (main entrance) side of the venue only and are not permitted to be set up anywhere on the Island.
- External caterers and/or commercial operators are not permitted on site without prior permission from venue management.
- Bookings are subject to availability (when events are held, the venue closes to recreational users).
- Bookings will not be taken more than three months in advance of the requested date and are subject to late changes.

Lakeside Restaurant
Located at the foothills of the Blue Mountains and boasting scenic views of Penrith Lakes and surrounding parkland, the Lakeside Restaurant offers an exciting, modern dining experience.
At Lakeside, it's always about the taste. Our dishes are prepared daily with ingredients sourced from local suppliers and the markets to ensure diners experience the very best food and wine available.
The Lakeside Restaurant offers a versatile venue that caters for functions, corporate events, weddings and specialty events such as Jazz days, degustation dinners and wine nights.
Regular dinner nights are Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with brunch and a-la-carte menu available on Saturday and Sunday.
