Casual & fitness training

Set on 178 hectares of land, the Sydney International Regatta Centre is a popular spot for casual and fitness training and is open to the general public on non-event days.

Some things that you can do on site.

  • Walk, run or cycle on our flat five kilometre path. Cyclists please note speed limits apply, you are not able to ride at race speeds outside of events as the paths are for shared use. Please consider other users at all times.

  • Row, kayak, canoe, sail or SUP on the lake. Note: Pre-booking is required (min 3 days notice preferred) & casual use fees apply for all on water activity. If you plan to visit on a weekend, please ensure you are booked in before midday on Thursday so that our team can confirm availability. Please do not just turn up expecting to be able to get on the water, and never enter the water without checking in with venue staff on arrival.
