The Level 1 Quickstart course begins with an introduction to the basic flatwater kayaking strokes and eskimo rolling, before progressing towards basic moving water skills such as breaking into the current and ferry gliding.
A minimum of 4 people is required to confirm a course.
Minimum Age: 10 years
Duration: 2 days (6 hours each day)
Experience: Previous flatwater kayaking experience is very desirable
Adventure Level: Moderate
